Join Us For The Thirty Day Challenge

by admin on July 5, 2009

We will be doing Ed Dale’s Thirty Day Challenge as a group this year. Would anyone like to join us?

If you are not familiar with The 30DC you can take a look at this page.

What we’ll be doing is posting a “thread” each day to begin that day’s discussion. Everyone can then comment about that day’s activities and ask any questions or make comments about the tasks for that day.

30DC PreSeason Has Started

The Thirty Day Challenge goes on during the month of August. But before the actual challenge begins they do a PreSeason series of videos where they discuss some of the things you should have in place before the 30DC actually starts. Take a look at their PreSeason site here.

How Will We Work Together?

That’s a good question. Glad you asked.

I think we should begin a discussion of exactly what types of things we can do to support each other. Because the Thirty Day Challenge is an intensive 30 day program we may need to arrange more time together. We can supplement our regular meetings at the Tampa Bay Computer Society with some online classes. I have GoToMeeting so we can meet that way.

So please comment on this post with any ideas you have of how to work together and support each other.

Rick, I posted a question somewhere on this site (I think). Just can’t find it!

I’m wondering if you’ve found a simple way to watch last years 30DC You Tube videos. I haven’t found a place where they’re organized so I can easily go through them in sequence.

Thanks,

Natalie (Tucson SBIer)

Natalie there is no super easy way to find them all in one place. The best way I’ve found is by searching on YouTube. Even Ed Dale’s channel does not have them organized in an easy way. If I find one I’ll be sure to post it here.
